No Return Policy

BecauseIShine provides educational and personality development services. As these are intangible services, a “No Return” policy applies.

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

• Once payment has been made for any course, consultation, workshop, or seminar, no refund will be processed beyond the 24-hour cancellation window.

• Consultation/consultancy services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Services (excluding consultation appointments) may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. In such cases, the payment will be refunded.

• Cancellations made after 24 hours of payment will not be eligible for a refund.

• Consultation/consultancy services cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Not applicable, as BecauseIShine offers only online educational services.
